Taranbir (Taran) Dhanoa is a 26 year old American entrepreneur and is now the proud owner/mastermind of The Original Pepperbellys Comedy Club and Variety Theatre located in Fairfield California. Taran was born in Punjab India in 1984 and resided there until the age of 15 when he and the rest of the Dhanoa family relocated to the United States, Vacaville California to be exact. Taran was a 2005 Vacaville high school graduate. Although he has no formal college experience he still manages to radiate a strong sense of business expertise as well as a work ethic that is second to none. For nearly a decade (2004-2011) Taran ran the 7-11 which is located on Orchard Drive in Vacaville California clocking in on average 8-13hours a day every day for 7 straight years putting more than half of every paycheck into his savings account. What is more impressive is the fact that while he was only bringing home $8.50 an hour he was able to save enough of his earnings to purchase The Original Pepperbellys Comedy Club in Fairfield California with cash mind you. He is a very inspirational entrepreneur whom the world can learn a thing or two from in regards to character and applied life/work ethic. It’s safe to say that we can all expect additional great accomplishments to come in the near future as this bright and determined young man has only just begun to strike the surface of his potential and dreams. Taranbir Dhanoa is the eldest son of Balraj(father) and Satinder(mother), and is the inspiration and leader if you will of his younger and equally goal oriented brothers(in order from eldest to youngest) Manpreet, Randeep and Jaspreet. Now, a little side note- I have personally had the pleasure of joining the Dhanoa family for dinner and his mothers cooking is HANDS DOWN the best Indian food I have ever enjoyed. The Original Pepperbellys Comedy Club and Variety Theatre weekly lineup is as follows: Monday nights are Beer Pong and Xbox night, Taco Tuesdays feature extraordinary .75 cent tacos all ages are welcome until 9pm, Wednesday is open mic night, Thursdays belong to the ladies and features drink specials all night, and Friday through Sunday exhibits often times epic comedic showcases with “Big-Time” names from television and the movies.
